The Barnstaple Hotel, Barnstaple

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the warm atmosphere and friendly interactions with the staff. The pools were a fantastic addition, ideal for both relaxation and family fun. However, the condition of the room left something to be desired, as it felt a bit outdated. While the breakfast was impressive, I felt that additional options for certain items would enhance the experience further.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the power shower was outstanding, really one of the best I've encountered, the dining options left much to be desired, especially with the bar food being quite basic. Moreover, I was disappointed that amenities like tea and coffee weren't replenished automatically. Overall, it felt like they missed the mark on some key service aspects but delivered well on the facilities.
